Petra M. Jakobskrueger is America's Success Coach for Women. She's also a business strategist, speaker, and published author. Petra is passionate about supporting women, so they can achieve excellence, grow their business, have a job they're passionate about, and/or live the life they really want.

Her mission is to motivate, inspire, and empower women all over the world. As a working mom of two wonderful children, her passion is to help other working moms to juggle it all with E.A.S.E. It's possible! Petra acts as a sounding board and provides objectivity. She is committed to make this world a better place one woman at a time.

Growing up in Europe, Petra worked for international companies such as REVLON and Lancaster where she gathered valuable knowledge and experience in sales, marketing, human resources, and business development. She also worked for family owned businesses where she learned how a small business operates. Petra is an expert in understanding the various facets of business administration and development. With over 15 years business experience, Petra is skilled in all aspects of the creative process from developing a vision to producing the desired results.

An entrepreneur at heart and aware of the need for a healthy work/life balance in her own life, she started her business 'Creative Partner' in 2001 which allows her to concentrate on her family and yet help others increase the quality of their lives. Her clients include women entrepreneurs, small business owners, women in career change, mom entrepreneurs, virtual assistants, and busy women with the desire for change.

Petra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Suitbertus Business School of Duesseldorf, Germany. She got her professional coach training with CoachU one of the most recognized schools in the coaching industry. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), the largest worldwide resource for business and personal coaches with over 13,000 members in over 80 countries. She's also an active member of eWomen and The Mom Entrepreneur.

Petra has lived and worked in Germany, Spain, and the United States. Besides English, she speaks Spanish and German.

In 2008 Petra published her first book 'The Pocket MBA for Virtual Assistants' (www.pocketmbaforva.com) and just launched her new membership coaching program 'The Pocket MBA for Home-Based Businesses' (www.starthomebusinessnow.com). Currently, she's working on her new book for working moms.

In her personal life, Petra is a strong advocate for her family. She lives with her husband and her two children, age 5 and 2, in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. Together, they enjoy time at home, frequent get-a-ways to the mountains and beach, and spending time with their friends. In addition to writing, Petra’s personal passions are photography, interior design, and landscaping. Three forms of art where she can express her creativity and gain a great sense of personal accomplishment.
