Coaching with Petra is conducted by phone, usually for 30 minutes, 3 times per month, at regularly scheduled times. This includes extra 5 - 10 minute coaching calls on open telephone days and unlimited e-mail support. Clients present an agenda prior to each call to maximize the benefit and say “how I want to use my coach today.”

With Petra's guidance and feedback, you clearly define your goals. She challenges your assumptions. Together, you strategize to create a specific step-by-step action plan and through her coaching, Petra holds you accountable and enables you to focus, move forward, and achieve your set goals faster and easier than you could do it by yourself.
