How Does
Results Coaching Work?
Petra typically works one-on-one with individual clients for a period
of three to six months for 30 minutes each week via phone. During the
first coaching session Petra uses a sophisticated process to help her
client set SMART goals in the area of life her client wants to work
on.
Together they create an action plan based on the specified goals.
Ongoing sessions then provide structure, feedback, perspective,
encouragement, and accountability to assist the client to accomplish
their action steps and achieve their desired goals as quickly and
easily as possible.
Coaching is a unique conversation that will examine
closely what it will take to move the client towards the goals they've
created. During each session the client will commit to taking actions
for the following week. When meeting the client again, the coach
discusses the obstacles faced and the insights gained as a result,
then helps the client set new actions and develop new habits to
achieve the results they want.
