Every project on this page started with a floor plan, not a mood board. Look past the finishes and you are seeing decisions about how these homes work: where the walls moved, how the light was routed, where storage went, and how each space connects to the next.

We plan the layout first, then specify every finished material the build requires, from flooring and windows to cabinetry, tile, and fixtures. What you see here is the result of both.
