STEP 2 - DESIGN CONSULTATION
Here's where we create a detailed design brief for your home remodel to determine your needs and wants, plus the overarching style for your new space.
STEP 3 - CONCEPTUAL DESIGN + RENDERINGS
For most projects, we start with as-built drawings. Then, provide different conceptual design drawings to create the perfect layout for you. To visualize your space we create 3D renderings.

STEP 4 - DEVELOPING PERMIT SET + PLANNING
During this phase we assist with:
• Defining the scope of work
• Material budgeting
• Working with our team on the architectural set
• Submitting plans to the city
• Being available to answer any questions
We have established partnerships with a few exceptional contractors in the SF Bay Area we are happy to introduce you to.
STEP 5 - DESIGN PROCESS + MATERIAL SELECTION
It’s time to go shopping!
We will take you to selected vendors that are the perfect fit for your style and guide you through the design process so you can be confident in your choices in terms of style, quality, and return of your investment.
STEP 6 - PROJECT ADMINISTRATION
During a project there are often small (or big!) changes that you might make. We’ll work with you during the entire process and stay involved to make sure everything is going smoothly. We will work closely with your contractor to ensure materials are on site when needed and installed as envisioned.
